Commitment
The portal is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: sufficient contrast, visible focus, keyboard navigation, semantic structure and respect for prefers-reduced-motion.
Measures
- Semantic HTML and a coherent heading hierarchy.
- A skip link to the main content.
- Light and dark themes with checked contrast.
- Charts with an alternative data table and descriptive text.
- Form controls with associated labels and clear error messages.
Known limitations
Interactive visualizations may require JavaScript. Where possible, a data table or downloadable file is offered as an alternative. External documents linked from the site (PDF, DOI) are outside our control.
