What data the portal collects, what it does not collect and how the newsletter works.
The essentials
This portal does not set its own cookies, does not use third-party analytics and does not build browsing profiles. There are no user accounts in this version.
Newsletter
Subscription is voluntary and uses double opt-in. The email address and the date of consent are stored by the newsletter provider once configured, under a data processing agreement. You can unsubscribe from any message or ask the project lead to remove your data.
The provider has not been chosen yet. Until it is, the form remains disabled and does not collect data.
Server logs
The web server may log IP addresses and request dates for security and diagnostics. Those logs are not used to build profiles and are not shared with third parties.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of your data. A contact channel will be published when the newsletter goes live.
Changes
This policy will be updated when new services are added. The date of the last review appears at the bottom of this page.
